Waiver/Create Profile
WAIVER/CREATE PROFILE PROCESS
Step 1 - Click the WAIVER/CREATE PROFILE link below, agree to the facility waiver and create a profile. If creating a profile for a child, please create a profile for yourself AND your child.
**If you have created a profile, you have agreed to the required waiver**
Step 2 - Login --> Download the Upper Hand App from the appstore and login to your account using the information you entered in Step 1. Some Android users may experience difficulty and should use the link below to login or click the Upper Hand logo below. A login tab is also located on our homepage.
